In 2018, Dr. Cichon completed a mini-residency in Dental Sleep Medicine at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. The best way to prevent cavities and gum disease is to practice good oral hygiene at home and schedule regular checkups with your dentist.
What is fluoride and how does it work?
