General Dentist Dr. Bonny (Yi Bo Hou), DMD, is a dedicated general dentist who is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and providing thoughtful, evidence-based dental care. A graduate of McGill University’s Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences, Class of 2021, Dr. Bonny is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through personalized treatment and open communication. As a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Dr. Bonny stays current with advances in dentistry while remaining grounded in a philosophy that values conservative, patient-centered care. General Dentist Dr. Ma obtained her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto in 2005 and received the John A. Bothwell Scholarship for Excellence in Prosthodontics. Prior to practicing in a private practice, Dr. Ma completed 2 years of post-graduate training at the State University of New York where she also was a clinical instructor for undergraduate dental students. Dr. Ma partakes in community outreach such as educating elementary students the importance of dental care. She volunteered in Dental mission to underserved areas. She moved to London in 2007 when her husband started his medical residency training at UWO. Dr. Ma is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgery in Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association. General Dentist Dr. Morad comes to us from Halifax, NS. While in Halifax, Dr. Morad attended Dalhousie University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology. Shortly thereafter, he went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010, also from Dalhousie. After graduation, Dr. Morad wanted to pursue a surgical path in Dentistry, which led him to London, ON. Upon moving to London, Dr. Morad completed a one-year surgical General Practitioner Residency (GPR) through Western University and the three affiliated hospitals. During this time, he practiced many hours strengthening his surgical backgrounds, such as wisdom teeth extractions, implant placement, trauma, emergency dental care, and IV Sedation. General Dentist Dr. Bebawy completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology at the University of Toronto prior to obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Sydney in Australia. Dr. Bebawy has a holistic evidence-based approach to dentistry and enjoys continuing education to provide her patients with the latest dental treatments and techniques. She enjoys the relational aspect of dentistry and believes in treating each patient as though they were a family member. Dr. Bebawy moved to London ON in 2020 and has been at Smile Dental since! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, travelling and discovering new foods.
