Dr. Al Sayyab obtained his Master of Science and PhD in Preventive Dentistry from the University of Baghdad. As an Associate Professor, he taught for several years at the University of Baghdad in Iraq and at Ajman University before making Canada his permanent home.

Dr. Dhafira Majed is a graduate of the prestigious Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto where she was awarded the John Bothwell Scholarship for outstanding achievement in clinical prosthodontics. She has more than 30 years of clinical experience. Before arriving in Canada, she was an Assistant Professor at Ajman University of Science and Technology in the United Arab Emirates, teaching Oral Medicine and Clinical Dentistry. She was also a member of the academic staff at Baghdad University, College of Dentistry from 2001 to 2003, where she obtained her Master in Oral Surgery and a PhD in Oral Medicine. Dr. Majed is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Halton–Peel Dental Association, the Toronto Crowns & Bridges Society, and a member of the European Association of Osteointegration.
