I had a dental emergency when I broke almost half of my front tooth one night. The next morning, I called HTML, and the staff was incredibly responsive and kind in hearing me out. They scheduled me in quickly, and I was able to see Dr. Benedict just a few hours later. Dr. Benedict was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring, and took the time to explain the details of my situation—especially regarding the root canal I needed. I ended up getting the procedure that same day, and my recovery has been going well so far. I truly appreciate Dr. Benedict and the entire team for their care and professionalism. My parents also see Dr. Benedict and have always been happy with the way he takes care of them. I’m really grateful for the excellent service, and I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Cong is an experienced and highly professional dentist. I learned that she had worked as a dental doctor in China for many years before coming to Canada, where she successfully obtained her license. I feel completely confident entrusting my dental care to her. Dr. Cong helped me with fillings and cleaning, and her work was exceptionally professional! I’d like to especially mention that my lower front teeth had remained yellow even after several cleanings at other clinics. After Dr. Cong’s cleaning, my teeth looked the most complete and beautiful they’ve ever been, giving me great confidence! My wife, son, and friends all go to Dr. Cong for their dental care as well, including but not limited to cleanings, root canal treatments, and fillings.

Dr. Kang is an excellent and experienced dentist. He is meticulous and gentle during treatment. He is patient and thorough, always keeping me informed of what's happening. The kit at the front desk also helped with insurance claims and clearly explained how coverage was applied, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend him.
