ASSOCIATE DENTIST Dr. Derek graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide, Australia. After spending several years working along the sunny beaches of Sydney and Newcastle, he gained extensive training and experience throughout Australia before attaining his NDEB certification, which allowed him to move to Toronto to join his wife. ​ Patients of all ages and needs appreciate Dr. Derek’s gentle and calming manner, as well as his patience in providing a comfortable experience in the chair. ASSOCIATE DENTIST Dr. Ryan graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University. He has a wide range of work experience which has brought him all over the Australian continent: ranging from working in rural areas with Indigenous communities, in correction centres in Northern Australia, hospital placements in Tasmania and to Australia's famous Great Barrier Reef. He has even spent placements in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka to learn about dentistry from a global perspective. Dr. Ryan was even offered a position to stay and work in Australia! Lucky for us, he has come back to Canada after being certified by the NDEB. OWNER, FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DENTIST Dr. See graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong in January 1988. He practised as a general dentist in Hong Kong for about 2 years before he immigrated to Canada at the end of 1989. He started off as an associate dentist in multiple dental offices in Toronto for a few years before opening up his own practice at the current location in North York in 1994. He started with a 1000 square foot practice but had to expand into the current 2500 square foot practice in 1999 due to high demand. Dr. See believes in investing in new technology and equipment in order for patients to benefit from the latest advancement in the dental field.
