Dr. Divya Jha was born and raised in the Himalayan country of Nepal. She received her bachelor’s degree of dental surgery in 2006 and practiced for 5 years in Nepal before moving to Canada. She completed her equivalency process with the MBDE and became licenced as a general dentist with the RCDSO. Dr. Jha is passionate about her work and believes in helping her patients achieve a healthier and brighter smile. She achieves this by listening to her patient’s needs and working together with her team to create an individualized treatment plan. Dr. Jha is Invisalign certified and continues to educate her patient’s in the benefits of receiving Invisalign. “There is no age limit to achieve a healthy smile” is what she always says. Dr. Nelly Mendelsohn grew up in Mexico City, Mexico, and attended dental school first at Universidad Tecnológica de México and later at the University of Toronto. For over 25 years, I have practiced as a dentist and I continue to love treating patients every day. She believes that going to the dentist is a wonderful experience. she provides her patients with the tools they need to maintain a healthy smile. Dr. Nelly Mendelsohn strongly believes in preventative dentistry, which simply means routine visits every 6 months for regular cleanings, check-ups, and reviewing daily maintenance. This is the best way to prevent gum disease and cavities, which left untreated, can lead to more complicated procedures like root canals, extractions, and gum surgeries.
