Dr. Perlmutter graduated in 1988 from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She has a BSc from University of Toronto and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in Buffalo, she continued her dental education at the Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, where she completed a General Practice Residency focusing on head and neck trauma, general dentistry, and dental care for medically compromised patients. She practiced with her father, Gordon Perlmutter for 13 years in Toronto, and now with Dr. Fialkov.

Dr. Fialkov, completed her dental degree at SUNY at Buffalo, after getting her HBSc from the University of Western Ontario. She continued her training at a comprehensive General Practice Residency at Sunnybrook Hospital here in Toronto. She frequently attends continuing education courses to keep current in new techniques and technology advances. Dr. Fialkov is also great with kids and brings a lovely chairside manner and dedication to patients in our office. When not working, Dr. Fialkov spends her time with her husband and two daughters, keeping very busy!

Dr. Alex Good earned his Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Kinesiology before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, both at the University of Western Ontario. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where he gained advanced training in dental emergencies, oral surgery, and the treatment of medically complex patients. In addition to working in private practice, Dr. Good provides dental care in remote communities across Northern Ontario, as well as mobile dental clinics serving long-term care and retirement home residents throughout the Greater Toronto Area. He is committed to continuing education and providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. When not working, Dr. Good enjoys hockey, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

How often should I visit the dentist?
