We can usually get you an appointment within a couple of days. Our goal is to have minimal wait time for our patients. Delaying treatment can make a dental problem worse and could cause you more pain or suffering and increase cost of treatment. We are here to help and will do everything we can so you do not have any unnecessary waiting time.

Yes. We are a full treatment facility and are happy to accept your whole family. If your child needs to see a specialist we will advise you. However, we are able to provide majority of the routing work for children and are happy to welcome your whole family.

It is recommended that your child comes in around his/her first birthday. Our goal is to prevent dental problems and the first visit of a child to a dental office should not be associated with pain. At the first visit the dentist will examine the child’s teeth. The goal also is to get the child familiar with the dental office and get to know our staff as their friends. We let the child play with the dental chair and he gets to pick a toy from the treasure chest. If the child is very unhappy with coming, we do not force an examination and try again in 6 months. The goal is to become a friend and someone the child trusts. No treatment is ever forced on the child and most children quite happily let us clean their teeth on a gradient.

No, you don’t need to pay upfront for all your dental treatment as we will accept payment from your dental plan and help you with all the necessary paperwork. You are however, responsible for any part of your treatment that your dental plan does not cover and this would need to be paid at the appointment after your treatment is done. It is in your best interest to understand your dental plan and you should have a booklet detailing what your plan covers. Our staff is experience in this area and can help you any questions you may have.

Dental plans are not custom made and they may not help you to pay for all the treatment you need. It is important to care for your teeth as your mouth is an important part of your body. Our dentists will help you to understand your treatment options and help you work out a step by step plan so you are able to get the treatment you need.
