What patients say
Not enough reviews mention any one thing yet.
Counted from their Google reviews up to September 2026. Something shows here once at least 3 patients mention it. Bigger clinics get more reviews, so compare with care. Google’s rating and review total change every day, so we round them down (like 4.5+ stars or 250+ reviews) to stay accurate until our next update. See today’s reviews on Google ↗

Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
How do I know if I qualify for the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
You generally qualify if you are a Canadian resident, have filed your taxes for the previous year, your adjusted family net income is under $90,000, and you do not have access to private dental insurance. Coverage tiers vary by income — we will confirm your tier at your first visit.
Will I have to pay anything out of pocket?
For most patients in the lowest income tier, routine exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions are 100% covered. Higher income tiers contribute 40–60% of the CDCP fee guide. We always provide a written estimate before any treatment begins.
What happens if I have not applied to CDCP yet?
No problem — book a visit anyway. Our patient coordinator will sit with you and help you complete the federal application. Once approved, we will bill the plan where eligible.
Do you bill CDCP directly or do I pay upfront?
We bill the CDCP directly. You will never have to submit your own paperwork or wait for a reimbursement cheque. You only pay your co-pay (if any) at the time of service.
Are children covered?
Yes — eligible children under 18 are fully covered for the same range of services, including exams, cleanings, sealants, fluoride and fillings.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes. If you call before noon on a weekday, we can almost always see you the same day for a true dental emergency.
Where exactly are you located?
1895 Bank St, Ottawa, ON K1V 7Z9 — on Bank Street near Billings Bridge, with free patient parking on site.
Can you see me today?
We hold emergency time in every weekday schedule. Call as early as you can and we will do everything possible to see you the same day.
