What patients say
Counted from their Google reviews up to September 2026. Something shows here once at least 3 patients mention it. Bigger clinics get more reviews, so compare with care. Google’s rating and review total change every day, so we round them down (like 4.5+ stars or 250+ reviews) to stay accurate until our next update. See today’s reviews on Google ↗

Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
Yes. Smile Denture is a participating CDCP provider. CDCP may cover up to 100% of eligible denture services at CDCP established fees, depending on your eligibility and adjusted family net income. We'll review your coverage before treatment begins so there are no surprises.
Do you help with denture repairs?
Yes. Please call ahead or submit a repair request so our Ottawa team can review the issue and confirm the earliest available option before you visit.
Do you provide partial dentures and implant-retained dentures?
Yes. We offer complete dentures, partial dentures (cast metal, flexible, and hybrid frameworks), and implant-retained dentures that snap securely onto two or more implants for a more stable bite. Every treatment plan is built around your anatomy and budget.
Do you have an on-site denture lab?
Yes. Our licensed denturists craft and refine dentures in our Ottawa lab with direct access to the fitting and adjustment process.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance providers?
We direct-bill CDCP for eligible treatment, so you pay only any remaining portion at your visit. We do not bill private insurers directly, but we prepare and submit your claim paperwork for Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, GreenShield, Desjardins, iA, and most other major Canadian insurers, so reimbursement is simple.
How long does it take to get new dentures?
Timelines vary depending on your treatment plan, coverage approvals, and whether extractions, repairs, or implant work are involved. After your consultation, your denturist will walk you through every step and give you a realistic timeline for your situation.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral needed. You can book directly with our Ottawa Central clinic, and we'll contact you to confirm your appointment.
Does CDCP (the Canadian Dental Care Plan) cover dentures?
Yes. The Canadian Dental Care Plan covers complete dentures, partial dentures, and denture relines and repairs for eligible patients. Dental implants are not covered by CDCP. Smile Denture is a participating CDCP provider and bills the plan directly.
