Dentist Dr. Michael Cusato Dr. Cusato was born and raised in the Highland Creek area of Scarborough. Dr. Cusato attended The University of Toronto Scarborough Campus before being accepted to the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Dentistry. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1990 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Immediately upon graduating Dr. Cusato joined Drs. John and William Kerr in their practice, Dentistry at 540. With a great staff and a shared philosophy of always putting the best interest of the patient first he and Dr. William Kerr became partners in 1997. Dentist Dr. Tineke Kruytbosch Dr. Kruytbosch was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and grew up throughout Europe and Asia. She is proud to now call Toronto home. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, where she then went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2019. Right after graduation, she joined the team at 540 Dental. It's extremely important to her that every patient she sees feels as comfortable as possible. Her favourite types of dentistry are tricky extractions and cosmetic restorations! In her spare time Dr. Kruytbosch loves water sports like kayak, dragon boat, and paddle board. She is a novice beekeeper and enjoys long cycling adventures with her partner.

In 2022, he achieved a significant milestone by becoming a practice owner. Today, he is proud to have partnered with his longtime mentor and dear friend, Dr. Joshua Shieh, bringing his journey full circle as he returns to serve the Scarborough community.
