- Are you taking new patients, and when is the first opening for a new-patient exam and cleaning?
- What will the exam, X-rays and cleaning cost, and what will my insurance or the dental care plan cover?

Kind, gentle care: 4 reviews.
- Say you’re nervous when you book, and ask what helps: a longer appointment, breaks, numbing, laughing gas or sedation.
- If sedation is an option, what does it cost, and will I need someone to take me home?

- Do you bill the Canadian Dental Care Plan directly for this treatment?

What patients say
Counted from their Google reviews up to September 2026. Something shows here once at least 3 patients mention it. Bigger clinics get more reviews, so compare with care. Google’s rating and review total change every day, so we round them down (like 4.5+ stars or 250+ reviews) to stay accurate until our next update. See today’s reviews on Google ↗

Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Will I be unconscious during sedation dentistry?
Only with general anesthesia. Nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation all keep you conscious and able to respond, even though you may feel deeply relaxed or remember very little afterward.
Can I drive myself home after a sedation appointment?
It depends on the type. Nitrous oxide wears off quickly enough that most patients can drive themselves. Oral sedation and IV sedation require a ride home, since the drowsiness lasts several hours.
Does sedation dentistry hurt?
No. Sedation is almost always paired with a local anaesthetic at the treatment site, so you should not feel pain during the procedure itself, just pressure or vibration in some cases.
How do I know which sedation option is right for me?
Talk to your dentist about your anxiety level, your medical history, and what the procedure involves at your consultation. They will recommend the lightest option that still lets you get through the appointment comfortably.
Why does my tooth only hurt at night?
Increased blood flow to the head when lying down raises pressure inside an inflamed or infected tooth, and there are fewer distractions to take your mind off it. It doesn't mean the problem itself is worse at night, it just feels that way.
Can a toothache go away on its own?
Pain from mild sensitivity or minor irritation can settle down, but pain from decay, infection, or a crack will not resolve without treatment. If severe pain suddenly disappears, that can actually be a warning sign that the nerve has died, not that it has healed.
Is it okay to wait until morning if the pain is manageable?
Yes, if the pain is mild to moderate and you don't have swelling, fever, or trouble swallowing. Use the relief tips above to get through the night and call us as soon as we open.
What if I don't have a regular dentist right now?
You don't need to already be a patient to get seen for tooth pain. Call our Toronto office and describe your symptoms, and we will get you in as quickly as possible.
