Dr. Tim Lo’s distinguished academic and professional journey in dentistry is marked by his graduation in 2002 from the esteemed Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. His foundational studies were completed at the University of Toronto, where he excelled and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction in 1998. Dr. Lo’s academic excellence was recognized through his election to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society, reflecting his status within the top 10% of his class. Additionally, his remarkable achievements in periodontology were honored with an annual student award from the American Academy of Periodontology in the same year. Dr. Ho Ma brings an extensive professional history, with over four decades dedicated to the field of dental surgery. His journey began at McGill University, where he laid his academic foundations with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Dr. Ma then advanced to Georgetown University in Washington, DC, to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine, a testament to his commitment to the discipline. His pursuit of excellence led him to Ohio State University, where he specialized further, obtaining a degree in Periodontics. Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Ma is passionate about photography, often capturing the beauty he finds in his travels. His hobbies not only speak to his artistic side but also to his appreciation for the world’s diverse landscapes, perhaps reflecting the meticulous and aesthetic nature of his professional work.

Born and raised in Taiwan, Dr. Kevin Lee moved to Richmond, BC, with his family in 1999 when he was 15 years old. Dr. Lee received his Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of British Columbia in 2011. After spending a year working as a full-time hospital dental resident at the Montefiore Medical Center in the exciting city of Bronx, New York (Yankees!), Dr. Lee came home to British Columbia, where he spent three years at UBC to complete graduate training in orthodontics. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology for his study of Dentofacial Morphology in Children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Dr. CHEN Jie is a specialist in dentures including complete and partial dentures(conventional or implant-supported), cosmetic dentistry, complex restorations, and tooth wear treatment/full mouth rehabilitation. Graduated as a Master of Prosthodontics Degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Medicine in 2008, Dr. CHEN Jie worked for 7 years as a prosthodontist in Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, the top 1 stomatological hospital in Shanghai. Afterwards, she opened Jia Liang Dental Clinic and Bo Yuan Dental Clinic in Shanghai, providing effective, efficient, and comfortable overall treatment solutions for patients of all ages. Meanwhile, she is the vice president of the Canada Alumni Association of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
