Background Dr. Kimberley Ung Certified Specialist in Endodontics Dr. Ung was born and raised in Vancouver. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia before moving to Boston to pursue her studies in dentistry. She received a Doctor of Dental Medicine summa cum laude and a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Boston University. Her faculty selected her for membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Ung received a Master of Medical Sciences and Certificate in Endodontics from Harvard University. She was awarded the Krakow Harvard/Forsyth Endowed Endodontic Research Fund Award for her post doctorate research in endodontics. Background Dr. Garrick Liang Certified Specialist in Endodontics Dr. Garrick Liang was born in and spent most of his life in Vancouver, BC. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of British Columbia in 2002. He went on to attend McGill University where he received his DMD degree in 2006. Immediately following dental school, Dr. Liang spent two years at the University of Connecticut where he completed both a residency and a fellowship in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. It was during this time in Connecticut that he realized his passion for endodontics. Dr. Liang then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he completed his advanced specialty training in Endodontics.
