Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Where is 6ix Eglinton Dental located?
6ix Eglinton Dental is located at 6 Eglinton Ave E, Suite 306, near Yonge and Eglinton in Midtown Toronto.
Can I call about a dental emergency?
Yes. Call 416-220-0404 and describe your symptoms. Same-day visits may be available depending on the schedule. Severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or serious facial trauma requires urgent medical attention.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Coverage, eligibility, and any remaining balance depend on your insurance plan.
How can I request an appointment?
Call 416-220-0404, submit the appointment request form, or use the secondary Book Online option.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring your contact information, your insurance details if you plan to use benefits, and any relevant medical or dental records you have. Missing items should not stop you from booking.
Will I need X-rays at my first visit?
Only if they are needed. X-rays are taken when they add information the dentist needs for the examination, not as an automatic step.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
Yes. 6ix Eglinton Dental accepts patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Coverage depends on your eligibility, benefit status, and the services approved under the plan. The CDCP may not cover the full cost, and co-payments or additional charges may apply. Contact the clinic with your CDCP information before your visit so the team can explain the billing process.
Does submitting the form confirm my appointment?
No. Submitting the Request Appointment form sends a request to the clinic. The clinic will contact you to discuss and confirm availability. Book Online is a separate external option that lets you view available times and complete a booking through RecallMax.
