Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

Can I get a same-day emergency dental appointment in Toronto?

Yes. We do our best to accommodate emergency patients on the same day whenever possible. If you’re in pain or have experienced a dental injury, contact us right away so we can arrange the earliest available appointment.

How do I know if I have a dental emergency?

If you’re experiencing severe pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma to your teeth, or signs of infection, it’s important to seek immediate dental care. When in doubt, call our office—we’re happy to help determine if your situation requires urgent treatment.

What should I do if I knock out a tooth?

Pick the tooth up by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it if necessary, and try placing it back into the socket. If that’s not possible, keep it in milk or saliva and visit our office immediately. The sooner you’re treated, the better the chance of saving the tooth.

Can you treat dental infections?

Yes. Dental infections can become serious if left untreated. We’ll evaluate the infection and recommend the appropriate treatment, which may include draining the infection, root canal therapy, antibiotics when appropriate, or tooth extraction.

Should I go to the emergency room instead?

Most dental emergencies are best treated by a dentist. However, if you’re experiencing difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing, severe facial trauma, or uncontrolled bleeding, seek immediate medical attention by visiting your nearest emergency department.

Does insurance cover emergency dental treatment?

Many dental insurance plans include coverage for emergency treatment. Our team accepts most major insurance plans and offers direct billing whenever possible. We’ll help you understand your coverage before treatment begins.
