After practicing as a general dentist for five years, he relocated to Toronto, Canada in 2013. A few years later, Dr. Sina graduated with honours from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, where he received multiple prestigious awards for excellence in both clinical and didactic dentistry. Yes. With moderate oral conscious sedation, a responsible adult should accompany you to and from the appointment and follow clinic instructions before and after the visit.

Does TMJ Botox treat the TMJ joint itself?
TMJ Botox primarily targets overactive muscles that strain the TMJ region. If symptoms are driven by muscle tension and clenching, relaxing those muscles may reduce discomfort. Joint conditions may require additional approaches.
