Dr. Matt Gustafson Dr. Matt Gustafson Dentist Dr. Gustafson graduated in 2011 from the University of Alberta School of Medicine and Dentistry. Following graduation he went on to pursue further training by completing three years of residency at Vancouver General Hospital as part of the UBC General Practice Residency Program. During his time with the residency Dr. Gustafson advanced his training in all areas of dental practice with a special focus on Oral Surgery, Dental Implants and Dental Trauma. He is also certified to provide conscious sedation for dental procedures. Currently Dr. Gustafson works as a staff dentist at VGH providing care to medically complex patients as well as dental emergency services. Saturday appointments are available with Dr. Gustafson for all dental services. Please contact the front desk if you would like to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Debbie Fonseca Dr. Debbie Fonseca Dentist Dr. Debbie Fonseca received her dental degree in 2007 from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario in London, ON where she graduated with honours. She went on to further her education by completing a General Practice Residency Program at UBC. This program provided postgraduate training in various aspects of dentistry including treatment of medically complex dental patients and management of dental traumas. Following her training she was offered a staff position at Vancouver General Hospital and is now the Head of the Department of Dentistry. Dr. Fonseca is also a UBC clinical instructor and is actively involved in training dental residents at VGH. Saturday appointments are available with Dr. Fonseca for all dental services.
