Mona the hygienist was great. My teeth never felt cleaner. Dr. Key is awesome. Kind demeanour , thorough, takes the cringe out of going to the dentist. I really like their new space too. I can’t recommend Key Dental enough.

Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
What is considered a dental emergency?
A dental emergency includes severe tooth pain, knocked-out or broken teeth, uncontrolled bleeding, or infections with swelling that require immediate care.
Can a general dentist treat emergencies?
A general dentist can handle some emergencies during office hours, but severe or urgent cases are best treated by an emergency dentist.
When should I see a regular dentist instead of an emergency dentist?
You should see a regular dentist for routine checkups, cleanings, and minor treatments. Emergency dentists are for urgent situations like severe pain or dental trauma.
What should I do if I chip or break a tooth?
Gently rinse your mouth with warm water, keep any broken pieces if possible, and schedule a dental visit as soon as you can.
When should I see an emergency dentist for a cracked tooth?
Get dental care promptly if your tooth causes pain, swelling, bleeding, or makes it difficult to bite.
Can a broken tooth be treated on the same day?
In some cases, yes. Whether it can be repaired in one visit depends on the extent of the damage.
How can I protect a broken tooth before my appointment?
Avoid chewing on that side, eat soft foods, rinse with warm water, and use a cold compress if you have swelling.
Can hormonal changes really cause gum problems?
Yes. Hormonal changes can increase gum sensitivity, leading to swelling, bleeding, and irritation during different life stages.
