As an associate professor with the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Huish is committed to ongoing dental education as a cornerstone to excellence in dental care. She is a founding member of the Geriatric Dental Program at UBC; a recipient of a Service Award from the College of Dental Surgeons in 2013; and became a Fellow of the International College of Dentists in 2016. Dr. Huish has successfully completed Invisalign® Clear Certification Levels 1 and 2; Botox Cosmetic Certification; and continuing dental courses in Comprehensive Treatment Planning & Surgical Placement of Implants via Computer Guided Technology, crown lengthening, and Solea laser certification. She and her family are proud to be part of the vibrant Kitsilano community!

Dr. Chaudhry has built a robust professional career, beginning with an Honours BSc in Kinesiology from McMaster University and culminating in his Dental Degree from Griffith University in 2016. His academic excellence at Griffith was recognized with the prestigious Academic Excellence Award. Deeply invested in advancing dental care through modern technology, Dr. Chaudhry focuses extensively on dental implants, Invisalign® therapy, and sleep apnea treatment. He holds the distinguished title of Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM) and is a certified Invisalign provider. When he isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Chaudhry is an avid traveler, a documentary enthusiast, and a passionate leathercrafter — pursuits that reflect his appreciation for detail, culture, and lifelong learning.

Growing up in Europe, Dr. Preis came to Canada when she was 15, later attending the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She later attended the UBC Faculty of Dentistry to receive advanced training in prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and sedation dentistry. Dr. Preis remained at the faculty, serving as clinical educator and student group advisor. In her 20 years as a dentist, Dr. Preis has participated in dental mission trips to Nicaragua, Honduras, and Peru and donated her time providing dental care to the residents of the Vancouver East Side. Since 2020, Dr. Preis has acted as an associate at Kitsilano Smiles focusing on surgery and endodontics, helping her patients to reach their optimal oral health.

Dr. Anuja Doshi is a board-certified periodontist and dental implant surgeon. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. She received her masters and certificate in Periodontics from the Ohio State University (OSU) College of Dentistry, USA. She currently serves as the Director of DMD Periodontics at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Dr. Doshi’s commitment to advancing periodontal education has been recognized nationally and internationally. Notably, she received the prestigious Dr. Walter Cohen Teaching Award in 2019 from American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) Foundation, the Excellence in Teaching and Mentoring in Periodontics Award in 2020 and 2024 from AAP, and the UBC Student-Nominated Teaching Award in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
