Winnipeg Dentist Dr. Carolyn Robertson Dr. Carolyn Robertson was born and raised in Winnipeg. She graduated from Westwood Collegiate Institute in 2000 where she received the Governor General Academic Medal among other awards. Dr. Robertson obtained her Bachelor of Science in 2003 from the University of Manitoba. She was granted a research scholarship from the National Science and Engineering Research Council to work as a summer student in the chemistry department at the U of M. Dr. Robertson completed her formal dental training in 2007, also at the U of M. She received the Alvin Shinoff Award for the development of outstanding treatment plans. Dr. Robertson has been a mentor for the U of M dental students for the last 8 years. Winnipeg Dentist Dr. Estefania Lysy Dr. Estefania Lysy graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Manitoba in 2013. As a general practitioner, Dr. Lysy sees patients of all ages but has developed a special affinity for treating children! Through her experience working in the pediatric outreach clinic at the University of Manitoba’s Community Oral Health clinic (CCOH), Dr. Lysy was not only responsible for providing care to a diversified population, but was also in charge of mentoring and supervising the 4th year U of M dental students. Winnipeg dentist Dr. Anna Le Dr. Anna Le graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Driven by passionate interests, Dr. Le completed her formal dental education at the University of Manitoba in 2014 receiving her DMD degree. Dr. Le enjoys continuing her education to perfect her skills in dentistry for optimal patient care and hopes to dedicate more time towards helping underprivileged communities; her last dental mission was to Ecuador, where she treated patients of all ages in the Amazon jungle.
