What patients say
Counted from their Google reviews up to September 2026. Something shows here once at least 3 patients mention it. Bigger clinics get more reviews, so compare with care. Google’s rating and review total change every day, so we round them down (like 4.5+ stars or 250+ reviews) to stay accurate until our next update. See today’s reviews on Google ↗

Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
1. Where are you located and who do you serve?
We're right on Portage Ave in the Unicity area of the West End (at 3324 Portage Ave, to be exact). Most of our patients come from the surrounding neighborhoods like Crestview, Sturgeon Creek, Charleswood, and Headingley, but we welcome anyone in the Winnipeg area.
Do you see kids and toddlers?
We do. We're a family practice, which means Dr. Grenkow and the team are totally comfortable treating everyone from toddlers coming in for their first checkup to teenagers and adults. We just try to keep things relaxed so kids don't grow up dreading the dentist.
What happens if I have a dental emergency?
Call us right away at (204) 837-8184. Whether it's a knocked-out tooth, intense pain, or sudden swelling, we'll do our best to get you in quickly, manage the pain, and fix the problem.
Do you do crowns, bridges, or implants?
Yes. If you have a broken or missing tooth, we can talk through your options. We regularly do custom crowns, bridges, and implant restorations right here in the clinic to get your bite back to normal.
I hate going to the dentist. How do you handle anxious patients?
You aren't alone there. We don't rush you, and we don't judge. If you're nervous, just let us know. We’ll explain exactly what we're doing before we do it, and we work at a pace you're comfortable with to keep the process as painless as possible.
Do I have to go to a specialist for a root canal?
Not usually. We handle most root canals in-house. It sounds scary, but with modern freezing, it honestly feels pretty similar to getting a standard filling. Our main goal is just to stop the pain and save your natural tooth.
What options do you have for teeth whitening or fixing chipped teeth?
If you're looking to change the look of your smile, we offer professional teeth whitening to lift stubborn stains, as well as dental bonding to seamlessly fix chips or gaps. We can take a look and give you a realistic idea of what will work best for your teeth.
How often do I actually need to come in for a cleaning?
For the average person, every six months is the sweet spot for a regular cleaning and checkup. But if you're prone to heavy plaque buildup or have a history of gum issues, we might suggest coming in a bit more frequently for deep cleanings to stay on top of it.
