Review guidelines
Your visit, or one you went to with your child or a family member, in the last three years.
The care, the people, the wait and the cost, as you saw them. Don’t accuse anyone of a crime or fraud as a fact. If you made a complaint, you can say so.
You can name the dentist or staff you saw. Don’t include other patients’ names or anyone else’s health details.
No links, phone numbers or promotions. If you work for the clinic or a competitor, or someone offered you something for a review, please don’t write one.
We read every review before it goes up, with help from AI tools, and a person makes the final call. We don’t edit reviews: we publish it as written, or not at all if it breaks these guidelines. We never remove a review for being negative. Changed your mind? Send the page address through the mistake form using the same email and we’ll take it down.
