Your previous record is a valuable set of information we could use to further strengthen our diagnosis. Sounds like a hassle to move the record? No problem, once we send you the form to release the record from your previous office our staff will take care of it before your first appointment is ready!

We accept all credit cards, debit cards and e-transfer from the banks! Sometimes insurance companies take longer time to process your claim request and there may be a co-pay remaining to pay. Simply pick your payment of choice on the spot, or send us an email transfer and we can either print or email your receipts.

We understand emergencies or unfortunate circumstances arise where you can’t make your appointment. We’re sorry we missed you this time, just let us know 48 hours before the appointment and we’ll rebook you right away at your earliest convenience.

We accept a wide range of insurance plans to ensure you have access to the care you need. This includes coverage under the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program as well as all private insurance providers such as Canada Life, Group Health, Manulife, Claim Secure, GreenShield, Blue Cross, Local183, Sunlife, Manion, Industrial Alliance, and Co-op. Unfortunately, we do not accept the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Ontario Works (OW).

These installment options aim to alleviate financial pressure, ensuring that individuals can receive the dental care they need without undue strain on their wallets. By providing a range of financing solutions, we strive to make quality dental care accessible to all, promoting both oral health and financial well-being.

At our dental office, accessibility and convenience are paramount considerations for our patients. We are pleased to offer ample free parking space available at the condo parking lot situated directly behind our building, ensuring hassle-free visits. While visitor parking requires signing in, we take care of this process on behalf of our patients. All we need is their license plate number and the parking lot number in which they are parked. This ensures a smooth and efficient parking experience.

We set aside time in our daily schedule for urgent concerns and offer same-day appointments when availability allows. If you are dealing with severe pain, swelling, or a knocked-out tooth, call our Barrie office as early in the day as you can so we can fit you in and advise you on what to do in the meantime.
