Dr. Samuel Toong, DDS, MSc Certified Specialist in Dental Anesthesia After receiving his master's degree in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, Dr. Samuel Toong entered dental school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He continued advanced training at York Hospital (WellSpan Health) in York, Pennsylvania, where he obtained training in paediatric oral sedation as well as IV moderate sedation. He returned to Canada with a focus in treating primarily children and anxious dental patients. Later he returned to peruse specialty training in Dental Anaesthesia at the University of Toronto.
