Dr. Gardner, our founder, has built a strong reputation as a caring and compassionate dentist, and has received the “Best Dentist” award from the Burlington Post many times. He was born and raised in Burlington and he holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario. He formed Gardner Dental Group in 1982 and has been a practicing dentist for over 35 years. Dr. Gardner is an active member of the Ontario and Burlington Dental Associations. He works hard, but he plays hard too! He’s an avid skier, marathon runner, snowboarder, swimmer, scuba diver, and triathlete. His wife, Donna, is a hygienist with our practice and they have two grown children. Their daughter Brianne works in British Columbia in finance, and their son Darren is a competitive snowboarder who competed in the 2018 Olympics and is a 2022 hopeful. Dr. Noor is a talented dentist who has always been keen to learn, research and utilize the latest technologies and treatment techniques that would facilitate the best results for all treatments, she possesses excellent manual dexterity to perform restoration and all other procedures meticulously. Dr. Rik grew up in Vaughan and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. He is one of more than 6,000 oral health professionals to graduate from the school since 1932. He chose dentistry because it’s a perfect blend of art and medicine. Dr. Rik brings a modern skillset to the office. He has extensively broadened his areas of expertise to serve you better! A good listener, Dr. Rik gains an in-depth understanding of your wants and needs. He enjoys meeting people from all walks of life – and believes everyone has a story to tell. When you’re with him, you will be comfortable sharing your concerns and fears and asking questions about the treatment process.
