General Dentist Dr. Harji obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Manitoba. Before her dental training, she attended Dalhousie University and completed her B.Sc. in Chemistry, BA in Biology, and a diploma in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing dentistry for 19 years and is passionate about general dentistry. She enjoys all aspects of dental care, especially crown and bridge work. Dr. Harji believes education is a lifelong commitment and strives to keep up with her skills. She has been a long-time member of the Vancouver District Dental Society (VDDS). Dr. Harji is very excited to meet you and your family and is eager to help you achieve excellent dental health. In their free time, Dr. Harji likes traveling with her family to warm destinations, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Certified Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Dr. Matias Grimminck obtained his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Chile and practiced as a general dentist for seven years before he embarked on a postgraduate orthodontic program in Argentina. After immigrating to Canada, he completed the Canadian NDEB Equivalency Process to become a licensed practitioner in 2012. He worked as a general dentist, providing dental care to the underprivileged population in the Downtown East-side. Dr. Matias completed the Orthodontic Specialty program at UBC in 2019, receiving a Master of Science degree and becoming a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics. General Dentist Dr. Houshyar Ghandi has been proudly serving patients for over 25 years with a commitment to excellence in dentistry and patient care. He completed his undergraduate studies in molecular genetics, with a major in physics, at the University of Toronto, prior to earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1998. Following graduation Dr. Ghandi provided dental care in the Yukon, including several small and underserved northern communities. He later relocated to Vancouver, and has been practicing at the ACU Dental Centre since 2009, where he continues his commitment to delivering quality patient-focused treatment.
