Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Is sedation dentistry safe?
Yes, we have a trained sedation dentistry team to assess you and treat you carefully. Some reactions can occur and our teams are trained in how to work with these. Before we work on you, we do a full workup to try to find out if any of these issues are likely in your case.
What types of sedation do dentists use?
Common types include nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation (a prescribed pill), and IV sedation for deeper relaxation. We'll help you choose the right option based on your comfort level and the procedure. Many patients are surprised by how easy and stress-free it feels.
Will I be totally unconscious during sedation dentistry?
Nope - you'll be conscious but very relaxed and likely won't remember the appointment. It's not general anesthesia, it's way less intense.
Do I need sedation dentistry for every dental procedure?
Not at all. Some people use sedation dentistry for longer or more complex procedures, others for anxiety. We'll help you decide what's right.
Do I need to be an existing patient?
Nope. If you’ve got teeth and you’re in pain, you’re our kind of person for emergency dentistry.
How fast can I get in?
Call or book online and we’ll literally do our best to get you seen today. We hold space daily for emergencies.
Can I drive home after treatment?
It depends — especially if you opt for sedation. Bring a friend if you can, or let us help you plan for aftercare.
Will my insurance cover it?
Often, yes. And we’ll walk you through it so you’re not surprised later. Transparent billing is kind of our thing.
