Answers from their website.
How long should I eat soft foods after wisdom tooth removal?
Many people follow a soft-food diet for several days to a week. Recovery times vary, so follow the instructions provided by your dental provider.
Can I eat rice after wisdom tooth removal?
Rice is often postponed during the early healing period because small grains may become trapped near the extraction site.
Are smoothies safe after surgery?
Smoothies can be a suitable option when consumed with a spoon. Using a straw is generally discouraged during the initial recovery phase.
What foods provide the most nutrition during recovery?
Protein-rich foods, soft fruits, dairy products, eggs, and blended vegetables can provide valuable nutrients while remaining gentle on healing tissues.
When should I contact my dental provider?
You should seek professional advice if you experience severe pain, excessive bleeding, worsening swelling, or any symptoms that seem unusual during recovery.
Who is a good candidate for professional teeth whitening?
People with healthy teeth and gums, realistic expectations, and mild to moderate staining are often good candidates for whitening treatment.
How long do professional whitening results last?
Results vary from person to person. Oral hygiene habits, dietary choices, tobacco use, and regular dental care can all influence how long whitening results remain noticeable.
Does professional teeth whitening work on crowns or veneers?
No. Dental restorations, including crowns, veneers, and fillings, do not respond to whitening agents in the same way that natural teeth do.
