Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

How do I know if my toothache is an emergency?

If the pain is severe, lasts more than a day, or is accompanied by swelling or fever, you should call a dentist right away.

Can a toothache go away on its own?

Some mild sensitivity can ease with improved care, but a genuine toothache, especially one caused by infection or significant decay, will not resolve without treatment. Waiting usually makes the problem worse.

What will happen during emergency toothache treatment?

The dentist will examine your tooth, take X-rays if needed, and provide care to stop the pain and treat the problem.

Can I visit for emergency toothache treatment without an appointment?

We recommend calling first so we can prepare for your visit and see you as soon as possible.

Can a broken tooth heal on its own?

No, a broken tooth cannot repair itself. Dental treatment is needed to prevent further damage or infection.

What should I do right after breaking a tooth?

Rinse your mouth with warm water, apply a cold compress for swelling, and avoid chewing on that side until you see a dentist.

Will broken tooth treatment hurt?

Your dentist will numb the area to keep you comfortable during the procedure.

How long does it take to fix a broken tooth?

Some treatments can be completed in one visit, while others may require a follow-up appointment depending on the extent of the damage.
