Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

Why do people choose teeth whitening?

Patients choose whitening for a confidence boost, to look younger, prepare for special events like weddings or job interviews, or to refresh their smile by reversing years of staining.

Is teeth whitening safe?

Yes, whitening performed under professional supervision is safe. Dentists ensure the right strength and protect gums and enamel, reducing risks compared to over-the-counter kits.

Will whitening work for everyone?

Whitening is effective for most patients but may not work as well on deep stains, gray discoloration, or dental restorations. Your dentist will assess suitability during consultation.

Can whitening be combined with other treatments?

Yes, teeth whitening can be part of a smile makeover, often combined with veneers, bonding, or crowns to achieve a fully enhanced and natural-looking smile.

When should I see an emergency dentist?

You should see an emergency dentist immediately for severe toothache, knocked-out teeth, cracked or broken teeth, loose restorations, swelling, bleeding, or any trauma to the mouth or jaw.

How can I prevent dental emergencies?

Prevent dental emergencies by maintaining good oral hygiene, visiting your dentist regularly, wearing mouthguards during contact sports, avoiding chewing hard foods, and addressing minor dental issues promptly.

What happens during an emergency dental visit?

During an emergency visit, the dentist will assess the issue, take x-rays, relieve pain, treat the problem, smooth sharp edges, prescribe medication if necessary, and recommend follow-up care or specialist referral.

What should I do if a crown or filling comes loose?

Keep the crown or filling if possible, avoid chewing on that side, and contact an emergency dentist immediately. Prompt care can prevent further damage and restore the tooth quickly.
