Hi, my name is Dr. Jeff Bullock. I am the general dentist at Parkway Smiles Dental. I developed a passion for dentistry early in life growing up here in Alberta. In 2007, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Business Management. I then attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Florida and obtained my D.M.D. degree. Creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensuring patient comfort is my number one priority. I strive to help my patients feel great about their smile and overall dental health.

I was born in Seoul, South Korea. Then my family moved to Manitoba where I completed Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Over the years, I have worked with dentists who are passionate and more trained in Surgery and thats where I became more passionate about implant placement and wisdom teeth surgeries. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy playing soccer, fishing, and camping.

When can my family apply for the new government dental programs?
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will begin receiving applications and processing payments for the benefit starting December 1, 2022 , and will be retroactive for dental expenses paid after October 1, 2022.
How much money does my child qualify for?
The program will provide payments of up to $650 per child per year for families with adjusted net income under $90,000 per year and without private dental coverage: $650 would be provided for each eligible child if the family’s adjusted net income is under $70,000. $390 would be provided for each eligible child if the family’s adjusted net income is between $70,000 and $79,999. $260 would be provided for each eligible child if the family’s adjusted net income is between $80,000 and $89,999.
Where can I apply for the program?
The fastest way to apply for the Canada dental plan program will be to apply online using your CRA My Account. Make sure you're ready to apply . Applications for the Canada Dental Benefit will open on December 1, 2022 .
What types of dental care are covered by the benefit?
The Canada Dental Benefit can be used for any oral health care provided by a regulated oral health professional licensed to practice in the place where care is provided.
