Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

At what age should someone get braces?

Braces are not just for teenagers! While the ideal time for evaluation is around age 7, orthodontic treatment is effective for both children and adults. We provide braces near you for all ages at our Calgary SE clinic.

How long will I need to wear braces?

Treatment time varies based on individual complexity, but the average is 18-24 months. During your consultation for braces near me, we’ll provide a personalized estimate for your specific case.

Do braces hurt?

You may feel some pressure and soreness for a few days after getting your braces on and after adjustments. This is normal and a sign that your teeth are moving. Over-the-counter pain relievers and soft foods can help ease this temporary discomfort.

What foods should I avoid with braces?

To protect your brackets and wires, avoid hard, sticky, and chewy foods. This includes nuts, hard candies, popcorn, gum, and whole apples or carrots (cut them into pieces instead). We’ll give you a complete list of tips.
