Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Where are you located?
We are at #207 - 7319 29 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6K 2P1, inside the New Covenant Community Wellness Center in Mill Woods, south east Edmonton. There is parking on site.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Saturday. We stay open latest on Wednesday and Thursday, until 6:00 PM, and are closed Sunday. Full hours are at the bottom of every page.
Do you provide emergency dental care?
Yes. Dental emergencies rarely wait, so we keep room in the schedule and will see you the same day wherever we can. If you are in pain, call us rather than booking online and we will find you a time.
Do you offer sedation dentistry?
Yes. If dental visits make you anxious, sedation lets us carry out treatment while you stay relaxed and comfortable. Tell us when you book and we will talk through the options before anything is decided.
Do you treat children?
Yes, from their first visit onward — exams, cleanings, fluoride and sealants, fillings and baby root canals, all in the same practice you attend, so the whole family is seen in one place.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
Yes — we direct bill insurance companies. You pay only your portion at the end of the visit, and we submit the claim for you, so there is no paying the full amount up front and waiting to be reimbursed. We also accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Bring your insurance details to your first appointment and we will take care of the rest.
Will I be referred somewhere else for treatment?
Usually not. Oral surgery, root canals, periodontics, orthodontics and sedation are all provided here, so most treatment is completed by the team you already know rather than passed to another clinic across the city.
Need another dentist?
Other clinics nearby that also offer emergency care.
