Dr. Doyle began her dental career at Whitemud Dental as a dental student, shadowing Dr. Sandilands and learning as much information as possible. Born and raised in Edmonton, Dr. Doyle moved to Boston to earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (Magnum Cum Laude). While there, she received the prestigious Dr. Thomas Anderson Armstrong Award for exemplary professionalism and commitment to patient care. Dr. Doyle furthered her clinical education at a General Dentistry residency in Dayton, Ohio where she treated retired military veterans. Since moving back north of the border, Dr. Doyle has been in family dental practice and has loved being able to incorporate science, technology and art to provide her patients with a fantastic and healthy smile. learn more

Are dental crowns suitable for kids?
Usually, kids get dental crowns once their milk teeth are broken by caries. Nevertheless, the procedures and equipment used might vary.
Can a crown only be used for cosmetic relief?
One can use a crown for cosmetic reasons to improve the shape of the tooth or to eliminate the gaps between teeth.
What if a crown falls out?
In case a crown becomes loose or falls off, store it in a safe place and get in touch with your dentist as soon as possible to get it re-cemented or replaced.
Is it so that crowns are different from veneers?
Correct. Crowns are fully covering the tooth, while veneers are only attaching to the front surface of the tooth, which makes crowns more suitable for weak or seriously damaged teeth.
How do you know if you need dentures?
You might need dentures if you have gaps between teeth; chronic toothaches; are dealing with swollen, bleeding, sensitive or inflamed gums; or you’re missing one or more teeth.
How much do dental bridges cost in Edmonton?
