How long does treatment take?
Treatment typically ranges from six months to two years, depending on the complexity of your case. We will estimate your timeframe during consultation.
Will Invisalign affect my speech?
ou may notice a slight lisp during the first few days as you adjust to wearing aligners. This usually resolves quickly.
Do I have to wear the aligners all the time?
For best results, wear your aligners 20–22 hours per day. Remove them only for eating, drinking (other than water), brushing and flossing.
Can I eat normally?
Yes. Since you remove aligners to eat, there are no dietary restrictions. Just be sure to brush your teeth before reinserting the aligners to prevent staining or decay.
Is Invisalign covered by insurance?
Some dental plans include orthodontic benefits that cover part of the cost. We check your coverage and can provide financing options.
How long will I need to wear braces?
Treatment duration varies from 12 months to three years, depending on the complexity of your case and your adherence to care instructions. We’ll provide an estimated timeline at your consultation.
Do braces hurt?
You may experience soreness for a few days after placement and adjustments. Over‑the‑counter pain relievers and soft foods help ease discomfort. Your mouth adjusts quickly.
Can I play sports or instruments?
Yes. We provide mouthguards for sports and offer tips for playing wind instruments with braces.
