Dr. Michelle Belliveau grew up in Fall River, NS. With a fellow endodontist for a father and a dental hygienist for a mother, she has been around dentistry her entire life. Outside of work, she loves the beach, travel, animals, the Halifax Mooseheads, and her husband, Robert. Dr. B (as she’s known around the practice) attended Dalhousie University for both her undergraduate studies and dental degree. She then moved to Minneapolis, MN for her specialty training, where in addition to her endodontic studies, she learned the true meaning of a cold winter! Dr. B is a board-certified endodontist and a Fellow of the Royal Canadian College of Dentists of Canada. She is actively involved in her local dental societies, and teaches part time at Dalhousie University School of Dentistry. She also is a published author in the prestigious Journal of Endodontics. Dr. Usher, or Dr. G as he is commonly known around the practice, hails originally from Newfoundland and Labrador but grew up in Cape Breton. A Mount Alison alumnist (’78), Dr. G completed his Dentistry Degree from Dalhousie University in 1982 and went on to study endodontics at Oregon Health and Science University, completing his Certification in Endodontics in 1987. Only two years later, Dr. Usher opened his own practice in March of 1989. Since then, and even today, Dr. Usher has played a significant role in the study and practice of Endodontics in Canada and abroad. He sits on a variety of Boards and Committees, and has held several prominent positions included past President of the NSDA (05).
