Orthodontist & Practice Owner Dr. Rohan S. Kirtane, born into a family of doctors and dentists in India, has always been passionate about education. Following his uncle and great-uncle’s path, he earned his dental degree from SDM Dental College in Karnataka. He continued his studies at Boston University, obtaining his DMD in 2013 and a CAGS in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Kirtane worked as a Managing Clinical Director and associate dentist in Boston for four years. Motivated by his father’s interest in diagnosis and treatment planning and the challenges of craniofacial growth and development, biomechanics of tooth movement and the possibilities of digital technology stimulated him to earn his Master’s in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the University of Manitoba, where his award-winning research on Class-II malocclusion was published in the…
