Posted on October 25, 2018 Meet Dr. Hanan Dehrab! Dr. Hanan received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie university in 2016, on a fully supported academic scholarship. Wow! We can’t adequately describe here just how hard one has to work in order to achieve that alone! Focus, commitment, smarts and tenacity are some of the words that come to mind when we try however 🙂 Not stopping there, Dr. Hanan’s continuing education has been focused on Restorative Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, and Dental Surgery, where she has assisted at Victoria General Hospital’s Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. Fluent in both Arabic and English, Dr. Hanan can be found volunteering in her spare time, with a focus on helping young mum’s and kids, through Supportive Housing for Young Mothers, Elementary School Outreach, and the Mobile Outreach Health Program.
