There are professionals who act nice because they have to -- and then there are people like Dr. Rakita who are genuinely kind and caring. I felt like I was seen as a person and not just a mouth (or a wallet...). Dr Rakita explained things to me very clearly and patiently, and was not alarmist. I felt genuine warmth. The assistant was also very kind and patient. This is my new dentist, for sure.
