Dr. Madeleine Edmonds grew up in Guelph, Ontario and attended McGill University for his undergraduate education in Microbiology and Immunology. Dr. Edmonds earned her dental degree from Trinity College Dublin, where she received numerous awards for academic achievement and graduated with first class honours. After graduating dental school, she spent a year as a dental resident at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto where she gained valuable skills in emergency dental care, treatment for medically & developmentally complex patients, oral surgery, and orofacial pain. Dr. Edmonds worked as a dentist in the GTA, but her passion for Orthodontics brought her back to the University of Toronto to pursue a 3-year Masters / Speciality program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. After spending four years away from home to pursue specialty training, Dr. Joshua Raisin is elated to finally be home to treat children in the greater toronto area! Josh grew up in Thornhill, Ontario and has always loved working with children, whether it be as a counselor at sleepover camp or mentoring youth with special needs. Beyond the patient, Josh fundamentally believes that a trip to Brite Bite means treating the whole family and building a valuable relationship over many visits. Joshua received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Toronto. He then went on to Halifax, Nova Scotia to complete a pediatric general practice residency at the IWK Health Centre, gaining experience treating medically compromised patients as well as managing acute oral trauma and infection emergencies. Dr. Jeremy Goldberg grew up in Thornhill, Ontario and attended Western University for his undergraduate education in Physiology. His education, work experience as well as his past time as a summer camp counselor heightened his passion for working with kids. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Western University with honours and multiple awards of distinction. He furthered his dental training in Edmonton, at the University of Alberta where he gained advanced training in managing medically & developmentally complex patients, dental emergencies, oral surgery, and sedation. Dr. Kimberly Ngai grew up in Markham, Ontario and loves that she can pursue her passion and provide dental care to children of all ages close to home as part of the Brite Bite Team. Dr. Ngai is a strong believer of preventative dentistry and the development of a positive attitude towards oral and overall health. She understands that every child and family are unique and strives to create a supportive and welcoming dental environment for you and your children. Dr. Nicole Lastman grew up in Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Lastman holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology and medical sciences from Western University. She received her doctorate of dental surgery at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University in 2016. Dr. Jessica Gold is a certified general practice dentist who treats patients of all ages providing comprehensive dental care. Jessica’s love and aptitude for working with children and adolescence is what drove her to join the team at Brite Bite. Jessica completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario followed by her dental degree at The University of Western Ontario where she was awarded the Ontario prosthodontics award. She then moved to Boston to complete a dental residency at Tufts University where she worked with adults and children as well as with the special needs population of Massachusetts. Jessica is very excited to help provide patients with the excellent dental care they are accustomed to even as they grow and develop a full adult dentition. Dr. Ostro graduated from dental school training at the University of Toronto in 2008, and completed pediatric specialty training at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, Strong Memorial Hospital, and the University of Rochester. He has practiced pediatric dentistry in Boston, MA, and in the greater Toronto area. His experience has included providing dental treatment for medically complex patients and treatment for patients with autism. In Boston, he was a staff dentist at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as a clinical instructor at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include golfing, traveling, playing hockey, and skiing.

Dr. Carly Greene knew she wanted to be a dentist from the time she was five years old. She developed a passion for working with children; teaching swimming lessons at summer camp and instructing skiing and snowboarding in the winters. Pediatric dentistry was a natural fit! Carly received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University in 2017. She went on to complete an Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry at the University at Buffalo. Outside of the office, Carly enjoys biking, walking her dog, trying new restaurants and spending time with her friends and family.
