Dr. Moemen Metwally Lead Surgeon and Clinic Director Dr. Moemen Metwally is the founding surgeon of Revive Smiles. His practice is focused exclusively on dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, and complex surgical cases, including zygomatic implants and revision of failed prior implant work. Over more than 15 years and thousands of implant cases, Dr. Metwally has built a practice around the kinds of patients other offices send away: severe bone loss, failed prior implants, patients told they aren’t candidates, and full-mouth rehabilitations that need surgery, sedation, and prosthetic design coordinated under one roof. He plans every case personally. He performs every surgery himself. He follows every patient through the prosthetic phase. There is no associate surgeon, no rotating provider, no case handed off mid-treatment. Read Dr. Metwally’s full philosophy
What patients say
Counted from their Google reviews up to September 2026. Something shows here once at least 3 patients mention it. Bigger clinics get more reviews, so compare with care. Google’s rating and review total change every day, so we round them down (like 4.5+ stars or 250+ reviews) to stay accurate until our next update. See today’s reviews on Google ↗

Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Who will I see at my consultation?
Dr. Metwally personally meets every consultation patient. Your consultation includes a review of your imaging, a discussion of treatment options, and a written treatment plan. The provider who sees you at the consultation is the provider who performs your surgery.
Is the same surgeon there from start to finish?
Yes. Dr. Metwally plans your case, performs your surgery, and oversees your prosthetic restoration. There is no rotating provider model and no surgeon who places implants but doesn't follow them through to the final result.
Who administers anesthesia?
Surgical sedation and general anesthesia are administered by contracted anesthesiologists who specialize in outpatient surgical sedation. You'll meet your anesthesiologist before your procedure to review your medical history. Anesthesia is performed at our facility, not at a separate clinic or surgical center.
Do you take referrals from other dentists?
Yes. Referring dentists send us complex implant cases: full-arch work, severe bone loss, failed prior implants, and zygomatic candidates. Patients can also book directly with us without a referral. Most of our consultations come from patients who found us themselves after being told elsewhere that they weren't candidates for implants.
What if Dr. Metwally is unavailable for an appointment?
If a non-emergency follow-up appointment needs to be rescheduled, our team will work with you to find a time that fits both your schedule and Dr. Metwally's. Surgery is never performed by a substitute provider.
What does Dr. Metwally focus on?
Implant surgery and full-arch rehabilitation, every day. Within that focus, the cases that define his weekly schedule are the complex ones: full-mouth reconstructions, zygomatic implants for severe bone loss, revisions of failed prior implant work, and medically complex full-arch cases. He does not do general dentistry, cleanings, veneers, braces, or root canals; the focus is what makes the surgical depth possible.
Will Dr. Metwally personally perform my surgery?
For most full-arch and complex implant cases, yes. He leads these cases from consultation through final prosthesis. For single-implant cases and shorter procedures, the work may be done by another member of the surgical team under his supervision. That's determined at the planning appointment and is part of the written treatment plan you'll see before surgery.
How long has Dr. Metwally been doing this work?
Over fifteen years and thousands of implant cases across the full spectrum, from single-tooth replacement to full-arch and complex bone-deficient rehabilitation. The 15+-year arc is what built the case volume that makes complex work routine here.
