Consultation: Dr Shitij Luthra will discuss your options and determine which type of sedation suits your needs. To ensure your safety, be sure to inform him about any health conditions, medications, or allergies you have. Pre-Treatment Instructions: Depending on the sedation method, you may be asked to avoid eating or drinking for a few hours before your appointment. If you’re receiving oral sedation, you may also need a companion to drive you home afterward. During the Procedure: Sedation medications will be administered based on the level of sedation chosen. You will be monitored throughout the procedure to ensure your comfort and safety. Post-Treatment Care: After your treatment, we will give you instructions for recovery. You may feel drowsy or groggy for a while after sedation, so it’s best to rest and have someone with you until you fully recover.
