Where exactly are you, and is parking easy?
370 Sixteen Mile Drive, Oakville, ON L6M 0Z3, in North Oakville. We are on the ground floor with free surface parking directly at the door – no garage, no stairs, and easy with a stroller or a walker.
Which areas do you serve?
Patients come to us from across Oakville and Milton, most commonly from Glenorchy, Bronte Creek, Palermo, Uptown Core, River Oaks, Joshua Creek, Glen Abbey and Bronte.
Can I be seen today?
For urgent problems, usually yes – we keep time free each working day specifically for this. Telephone rather than emailing so we can triage you properly.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
Yes. We also handle the pre-authorisation paperwork for treatments that require it.
Do you direct-bill private insurance?
Yes, wherever your plan allows it. We submit electronically on the day so you generally pay only the balance rather than the full amount up front.
Do you see children, and from what age?

I am nervous about the dentist. Can you work with that?
Yes, and a large number of our patients tell us the same thing at their first appointment. Tell us before we start. We will explain everything before doing it, agree a signal to stop, and are entirely willing to spend a first appointment doing nothing more than talking and looking.
