General Dentist I moved from Europe in 2009 where I studied medicine for four years. I completed a Bachelor of science in Microbiology and immunology at McGill University in 2015. Subsequently, I successfully completed my Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at McGill in 2020. I like to exercise an individualistic approach to each patient, and to form trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationships with them. I am very dedicated to my work, and my main goal is to make my patients happy whether their concern is functional, aesthetic or a combination of the two. Prosthodontist Dr. Maysaa Sakr grew up in Gatineau, QC. She attended the University of Montreal and finished her dental degree in 2006. Thereafter, she completed a residency in General Dentistry from the University of Rochester, NY. To further her education, Dr. Sakr completed a three-year specialty program in Prosthodontics at the University of Iowa. A prosthodontist specializes in the replacement of teeth and esthetic restorations. Dr. Sakr is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and is a fellow of the Royal College of dentists of Canada( FRCD©). When not working, she enjoys skiing in winter, hiking and traveling with family and friends.

Jodie received her certification as a Level 2 Dental Assistant in 2007, and has been working alongside Dr. Leftick since 2009. When not working Jodie enjoys walking her dog.
