What patients say

Only a few Google reviews so far

Not enough reviews mention any one thing yet.

Counted from their Google reviews up to September 2026. Something shows here once at least 3 patients mention it. Bigger clinics get more reviews, so compare with care. Google’s rating and review total change every day, so we round them down (like 4.5+ stars or 250+ reviews) to stay accurate until our next update. See today’s reviews on Google ↗

Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

What services do you offer?

We provide general dentistry (cleanings, exams, and fillings) alongside cosmetic care like Invisalign, veneers, bonding, and whitening, restorative work including implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canals, plus same-day emergency care for pain or injuries. Our office direct bills most major Canadian insurance providers and accepts CDCP.

How long is the drive from King City?

For most of the village, allow roughly 20 minutes. The usual route is King Road east to Yonge Street and then south, and the variable part is Yonge itself rather than King Road. School drop-off and the evening commute both slow the Yonge corridor noticeably, so if your appointment falls in either window, add a buffer. A midday Wednesday or Friday appointment is typically the easiest run.

Do you book families together so we only make one trip?

Yes, and for King City patients this is usually the whole point. We schedule consecutive appointments so a single drive covers everyone rather than repeating the trip across a week. Tell us how many people and their ages when you call, and we will block enough continuous time. Saturday and late-afternoon slots suit school-age children best and fill first.

Is it worth travelling to Richmond Hill for a dentist?

That depends entirely on what you need. For a routine cleaning, the nearest convenient practice is usually the right answer, and we would tell you that. Travelling tends to make sense when you want appointment times that fit around work or school, when you need several family members seen in one trip, or when you want continuity for longer treatment such as implants or orthodontics. Ask what a practice can actually offer before deciding the drive is worth it.

What should I do about a dental emergency from King City?

Call as soon as you can rather than setting off. We will ask what happened and when, help judge how urgent it is, and tell you honestly whether we can see you today before you make a twenty-minute drive. If we cannot fit you in, we would rather say so on the phone. For facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or swelling spreading toward the eye or neck, go to the nearest emergency department instead — that is a medical emergency, not a dental appointment.

Do you see teenagers for braces or Invisalign?

Yes. We assess alignment, bite, and oral health and give an honest view on whether clear aligners or fixed braces are the better tool for that particular case, or whether treatment is worth waiting on. Families often plan orthodontic assessments around the school year. Note that we are a general dental practice rather than an orthodontic specialist office, and if a case is better handled by a specialist we will say so and arrange the referral.

Do you accept CDCP and direct bill insurance?

Yes to both. We accept Canadian Dental Care Plan patients and submit claims on your behalf, and we direct bill most major Canadian insurers so you are not paying upfront and waiting for reimbursement.

How close are you to the Yonge and Elgin Mills intersection?
