General Dentist Dr. Soumya Jain, B.D.S. (General Dentist) completed her dental training in 2014 at BVPDCH (Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital) in Pune, India. Early in her career, she was passionate about promoting oral health awareness and provided care in both private practice and rural outreach programs. After successfully challenging the NDEB examinations in 2016, she began her practice in Canada. Having grown up in Richmond, B.C., Dr. Jain returned home to serve her local community and is committed to ongoing learning and providing quality patient care. General Dentist Dr. Arpun Johal is from Richmond, BC and completed her undergraduate education at the University of British Columbia. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota, followed by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Idaho State University. In residency, she received further training in oral surgery, prosthodontics and implant dentistry. Dr. Johal began her career practicing in Bellingham, WA and holds an active dental license in Washington and Canada. General Dentist Dr. Ashkan Mehjoo was born in England and moved to North Vancouver at the age of five, where he grew up and attended Handsworth Secondary School. He later pursued his studies at Queen's University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree with distinction. Driven by a passion for dentistry, Dr. Mehjoo relocated to Cork, Ireland, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University College Cork, graduating with honours. He was honoured with the American Association of Endodontists Award for Excellence in Endodontics upon graduation.
