Dr. Paculanan graduated from Centro Escolar University, School of Dentistry in Manila, Philippines with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1988. He practiced general dentistry in Manila before immigrating to Canada in 1996. After working as a dental technician for several years in Toronto, Dr. Paculanan returned to school to complete a Master’s Certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2008. Dr. Paculanan taught as a clinical lecturer at University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. Dr. Paculanan was also faculty in the Department of Prosthodontics at University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, He was course director of the 3rd year undergrad Prosthodontic Course and Director of IDAPP(International Dentist Advance Placement Program) Prosthodontics. Dr. Paculanan has taken a break from teaching and is currently busy with private practice.
