General Dentist Dr. Courtney Mewett Dr. Courtney Mewett was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, Summa Cum Laude (with highest distinction) while playing soccer for the Rams on a full division one athletic scholarship. She then pursued her dental degree and graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto, with honours. After becoming a Dentist, Dr. Courtney Mewett was one of four individuals selected to complete a competitive multi-disciplinary hospital residency, recognized nationally through the University of Alberta in Edmonton. General Dentist Dr. Inas Radhi Dr. Inas Radhi studied at McMaster University, where she majored in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (B.Sc. Hon 2007). She completed her masters (M.Sc. 2009) in the same department where she successfully obtained 2 publications (article and book chapter). Following her master’s study, Dr. Radhi pursued a career path in dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS 2013) from University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. During her studies, she has had the opportunity to provide dental care for the mentally and physically challenged patients at Mount Sinai Hospital Dental Department in Toronto. General Dentist Dr. Nicholas Yap After graduating from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University in 2020, he moved to Ancaster with his wife and began caring for patients throughout the Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Niagara regions. His journey into dentistry began at just four years old during his first dental visit. The positive experience—and the mentorship he later received from his childhood dentist—sparked an early passion for the profession that has stayed with him ever since. What he enjoys most about being a dentist is building lasting relationships with patients and their families, and having the privilege of watching those families grow over time. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing basketball and board games, and he and his wife have recently taken up pickleball.
