In most cases, if you're enrolled and your income is under $70,000, there is no co-pay. For incomes between $70,000–$89,999, a co-pay may apply. Our team will help explain your out-of-pocket costs before treatment.
Is Invisalign and Composite Anterior Filling or Botox covered under CDCP?
No. The CDCP covers essential dental services. Cosmetic procedures like Invisalign and Composite Anterior Filling, veneers, teeth whitening, and Botox are not covered under the plan.
